The library of Shree Sateri Pisani Educational Society (SSPES) Goa Multi-Faculty College, Piliem organised its first book exhibition on the college premises. The event was organised in order to increase students' exposure to various avenues of learning, to sow the seed of interest and enhance their knowledge.?

The exhibition was inaugurated by vice chairman of SSPES, Jitendra Naik in the presence of in-charge principal, Neelesh Morjakar and BCom coordinator Ajit Faras; college librarian, Sandesh Gaonkar; BCA coordinator, Praneet Shigonkar; headmistress of Government High School, Namarat Gaonkar and other teaching and non-teaching faculty/staff of the college.

Jitendra highlighted that books are best friends of human beings.

Vendor of Bookmate, BV Iyer showcased around 5000 books of more than 60 prominent publishers from commerce, computer application, business administration, literature, history, management, science, fiction, current affairs, show business, etc.
