Over 100 NSS volunteers of Goa Multi-Faculty College, Dharbandora participated in a swachhta drive as a part of Swachhta Pakhwada. Students combed through the streets outside the college and picked up various kinds of non-biodegradable waste like plastic bottles, tin cans, fruit juice packs, used balls pens, discarded footwear, mobile phone covers, etc.

Later, a group of NSS volunteers visited the village homes located in the vicinity of the college to spread awareness about simple waste management strategies like segregating various types of biodegradable and non-biodegradable waste products.
