Don Bosco College, Panaji celebrated the feast of St Dominic Savio. The feast was commemorated with a holy Eucharistic mass celebrated by Fr Austin Fernandes from Don Bosco College of Engineering, Fatorda. During the sermon Fr Austin mentioned St Maria Goretti who was abused by her neighbour and stabbed by him over 23 times, after which she died the next day. He also mentioned the four promises that Dominic Savio took. The mass ended with the relic of Dominic Savio being displayed and kissed by everyone. Snacks were served to staff and students.

Department of BCA, SSPES's Goa Multi-Faculty College, Dharbandora organised a freshers' party for FY BCA students. Principal, Shaikh Mohammad Parvez Al-Usmani began the celebrations by welcoming freshers and advising them to excel in activities and academics. He stated that they should make use of the facilities and platforms provided.? The event had an ice breaker session, games and spot prizes. Mr Fresher and Miss Fresher competition consisted of three rounds: ramp walk, creative talent show and Q &A. Dattaraj Velgekar was crowned Mr Fresher and Manjiri Malik was crowned Miss Fresher.
